Project Details
Phase I of a 1.5 million-square-foot mixed use project is a 40-story, 600,000-square-foot tower with
a lobby, restaurants and retail on the first level, parking on the next 11 floors and Class A office space
on the remaining floors. The second tower, which is scheduled to begin in 2011, will have 68 stories
and include retail and office space as well as a 300-room hotel. A 30,000-square-foot plaza, patterned
after New York City's Rockefeller Center, is included in the design by the architect. The $245-
million tower has received a LEED Gold Rating.
