Ballen Isle

The Ballen Isle Project took advantage of the wide variety of pre-cast/pre-stressed products available to complete a massive club house and an adjoining pool attendant building. The complex design used many precast products such as stairs, landings, columns, beams, double tees, wall panels, intricate arched panels, and hollowcore in excess of 785 different pieces. By choosing pre-cast for such a large variety of products, the project was able to proceed with a very aggressive schedule while enjoying the benefits of cost-effective pricing.
