The lower level of this garage used a form liner to simulate a conventional CMU block look on a precast panel with punched windows. With the fast erection of these panels, the construction schedule was reduced significantly by using precast rather then CMU.

By combining multiple construction systems into a total precast structure you create an integrated design approach which focuses all the responsibility and accuracy for meeting design specifications on a single source provider. Consistency, tolerances, deadlines and other requirements are assured.
