This 10 story garage was constructed on a tight site in an urban development. Meeting the schedule and site restrictions with minimal traffic interruptions was done by coordinating with the entire construction team.

The exterior wall panels were used as load bearing components to eliminate the need for an exterior column and beam line.

Blending into downtown and making the garage not look like a garage was the goal of the design team.
