The top level of this garage is an amenities level with golf, basketball, and tennis. Meeting the loading requirements yet still providing an open clear span in the garage can only be done with precast.

A retail area as well as a fitness center are on the ground level under the garage.

With the condos separated by a 2” expansion joint, providing a 4 hour fire separation was taken care of within the precast structural system with 8” solid wall panel on the entire separating elevation.
