This Multi-Use facility incorporated a real estate office under the parking structure.

The exterior façade that was supplied was a smooth form finish structural panel ready to accept paint and EFS applications.

With a small footprint such as this project and the retail under the first elevated level we had to incorporate a very steep speed ramp at 21% which required bottom and top transitions.
